We have been having a lot of fun with boxes. We will continue working on "What can we do with a box"? to help expand our imaginations!
We will continue with the colors: Blue & White and the shape: Square, while still reviewing Circle and Triangle as well as the numbers 1, 2 & 3
I have also been working on expanding their memories in the morning circle time. After we sing our "friend song", I ask "Who is NOT here with us today?" It is encouraging to see them chime in with the children's names who are absent. We will be playing some games that will encourage the use of their memories as well.
This week I will introduce our next Zoophonics Friend: Peewee Penguin ( it will be fun waddling like a penguin!) and then Jan. 27-31 we will meet Queenie Quail.
